What the tool stores
The optimiser runs in your browser. It does not send your calorie limits, protein targets or dietary preferences to a database. Choices are kept in page memory and reset on reload, except when a guide link includes preset filters in its URL. Those URL parameters may appear in your browser history and hosting request logs.
Cookies and analytics
The application does not set cookies or use browser storage. GA4 is not loaded. If optional analytics are introduced, this notice will be updated and an appropriate consent choice will be shown before analytics loads.
Hosting and third parties
The hosting provider may process standard request details such as IP address, requested URL, browser and time for delivery and security. Any host-level access controls may use their own cookies. The app loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser; no analytics script is included.
Before a verified commercial launch
The operator’s contact details, hosting provider and retention arrangements must be added here once those arrangements are confirmed. Do not submit personal information through this site.
